Andrea and Brody's Wedding will be a true Winter Wonderland!! The wedding will take place on Saturday December 9, 2017 at 5:00pm in the evening. The ceremony and reception will take place at the Villa Borghese in Upstate New York. Accommodations will be at The Fishkill Courtyard Mariott. This wedding was inspired after interviewing my best friend, Andrea. She described her dream wedding in the winter time, and wanted to create a magical winter atmosphere for her guests, while also incorporating her and her fiance's love story!

Her attire will be a beautiful long sleeve laced gown with an open back, as Andrea described she wasn't a fan of how how are arms looked in sleeveless dresses. The colors of the wedding will be midnight blue, gray, and white, to really create a "magical night" kind of feel. There will be limited flowers at the wedding with much more focus on twinkle lights and the use of branches to create that evening winter night theme. To add to that, there will be a hot chocolate and a smores bar to keep guests warm and feeling in the winter spirit! There will be a small christmas tree with midnight blue and white ornaments where guests will be able to write advice for the couple. The guests will be taking home personalized coffee mugs, due to Andrea and Brody's love for coffee!! Along with this, there will be both a photo and video booth and a basketball hoop shoot due to the couple's love of basketball. Other elements that make this element a signature wedding will the be the announcement of the bridal party in the form of a basketball scouting report and a basketball cake topper! The night will be extra special with a sparkler send off!!

The venue was selected due to a number of factors: 1) Andrea wanted to get married indoors and the Villa Borghese could accommodate both an indoor ceremony and reception. 2) The venue's layout fit perfectly with the winter theme 3) The Villa Borghese offers extensive packages, hotel deals, and design services. The food will be a plated meal offering three options of steak, chicken, and a vegetarian options. Andrea also requested my full planning package, which includes minor assistance with design. Her budget was $40,000 and we were able to stay under budget!! This wedding will be a night to remember and one my best friend and her fiance will never forget!
